I just want to add that we went to the temple today. We've sort of gone sporadically, when we remember (I still don't get how I forget, it sits on the hill in town), but we've only done other stuff besides a session. Today we did a session, and I felt like I was on cloud nine! It was so wonderful to be in the House of the Lord again, and to feel my spiritual bucket filled to overflowing. What wonderful times are these, where we can go and receive blessings for performing saving ordinances for the dead!
P.S. My husband is awesome. Just saying.
Did your dress still fit? Our Stake Presidency recommends always having a temple time on the calendar. It's ok if you need to change it but if there is always one on the schedule, it's harder to forget about it :)
ReplyDeleteThis is true. When we've tried that in the past, stuff still happens (work, imperative homework, etc). My dress does still fit! I'm a little sad though, Danno says that instead of getting a maternity temple dress that maybe we'll just do initiatories. But at least I can still go!
